5/3/1 Forever Review

I have been following work by Jim Wendler since I started my career as strength and conditioning coach, and his 5/3/1 book series have been very influential on me and my strength programming. I was more than happy when Jim announce another book in the series: 5/3/1 Forever, which I have just finished reading.

I have decided to do a short review of the book, as well as show you how you can implement the programs very easily in Strength Card Builder. I have also created a 5/3/1 Convertor that, as a member, you can download below this video. Slides are available HERE.
