Lachlan discusses that while these low-level exercises are great for preparing athletes they are not necessarily aimed at eliciting explosive power. Progressing Amy to a continuous hop exercise, Coach Wilmot demonstrates how this movement is more suited for use within a contrasted lift for power production.
