Jim Wendler’s 5/3/1 Forever Review

I have been following work by Jim Wendler since I started my career as strength and conditioning coach, and his 5/3/1 books have been very influential on me and my strength programming. I was more than happy when Jim announce another book in the series: 5/3/1 Forever, which I have just finished reading.

In my short 5/3/1 Forever review, I will discuss a few topics and show you how you can implement the programs very easily in Strength Card Builder.

I have also created a 5/3/1 Forever Converter that, and as a member, you can download below this video. Slides are available HERE.
