Comparing individual to the group

The analysis provided so far is related to individual athletes across time. When we have multiple individuals sharing the same context (i.e., location, team, training program) we can check what is happening to the group (i.e., by using group aggregates like mean, median, SD, IQR, etc) but more importantly to check how is a given individual differing from a group. This can provide an additional source of information that can inform us and help us with decisions.

In this video I will show you how this can be easily done and simply visualized for great comprehension.
