Besides using R, I will also use the Excel tool: Set and Rep Scheme Builder and the currently-in-development StrengthPRO app (which is a Shiny app implementing {STMr} functionalities). We have covered the necessary theoretical rumblings, and we can now proceed with building custom set and rep schemes using the {STMr} package.
