“Excel Tricks for S&C Coaches: Beginner to Advanced” course consist of 30+ videos that have been put together by John Lythe.
The course is organized into four modules, or better say, three modules and Practical Exercises.

After all of the modules are covered, there are Practical Exercises where you can practice your skills and find out how much work you need to do, or how ready you are to work on projects.

John’s advice is to carefully choose your ideal starting point. If you are new to this, then it would be best to start with Lesson 1.

However, if you have already worked with excel, you should still consider looking at Module 1 so that you can brush up your skills and learn a few more useful tricks.
