Hi Sam,

I was asking myself that very same question. The best thing is to figure out if your employer with appreciate more the practical skills and diploma or practical skills without diploma. If they don’t mind the diploma as long as you have the skills the answer is simple. If the employer can pay the course – choice is very clear as well 🙂
