So not sure if you want it per athlete, averaged per team. The simplest would be to have week on x-axis, and add two lines on y-axis using two columns. So data needs to be:
Week —– Load —- Rpe
1 120 130
2 115 135
If your data is segregated per individual, etc, then you would need to use Pivot table to aggregate it and then plot
