Hi Mladen,
Will you be updating the strength card builder and planner based on the strength training manual and Agile Periodization? I love the information, I’m not that smart or as handy on excel, having a framework to build programs from, to plug in and adapt as needed with set and rep schemes etc. I have an assignment for uni, I have to creat a 52 week ATP with full detail, any advice on any good recourses? Like you said, I will get shit marks if I left things blank and told the course coordinator that it’s an agile approach
