Good questions!
1- The final stage/score is the MAS right?
The last successfully completed stage is the MAS score. You can have some “interpolation” method depending on where someone stops mid-level, but IMHO not needed.
2- How many consecutive fails can you have? I.e., if you don’t hit the a single shuttle on time you can continue the test, but if you fail “x” amount of times consecutively you are eliminated. What is the “x” number? 2?
I would go with three. In either way, make sure that you use the same criteria everytime you test
3- What if you are eliminated in the middle of a stage? Is there any correction for the determination of MAS?
You can use some “interpolation” method, but it makes it more complex. What you can do instead is besides recording the last stage velocity (i.e. MAS score), you can record the time of failure.
