If i want to give a six or eight week workout is there a way to add the 2-4 weeks to the usual four week template or is it easier to give them four weeks, followed by another two/four weeks?
The problems with too much weeks is that it is not so visible when you print. I suggest you break your cycle into 2×4 or 2×3 as you mentioned. More papers to print, but more visible 🙂
