    Please share some necessitative accumulations and demonstrations when designing an off-season intro-block for optimization of vertical jumping within these two sports (basketball and volleyball).

    Assume the example is an athlete that needs good movement restoration, strength&power development, aerobic base, and any other specific initial jump progressions needed, etc

    Is Verkhoshansky’s Jumps&Plyo Progression Model for the eventual Shock Method a good paradigm to use?
