    External coaches and services represent big elephant in the room when it comes to professional team sports. They affect team chemistry, injury risk, monitoring strategies and everything else. Hoever, sometimes they can be very positive and helpful thing.

    In the video below, I am discussing issues and potential solutions that could be applied when dealing with athletes who train on the side.

    I am also hoping to start the dialogue with the coaches who watched the video, regarding this very issue. Please share your viewpoints regarding this issue on social media, or if you are Complementary Training member, share your thoughts on our forum.
