I have stumbled upon these two Instagram profiles that have videos of a lot of ‘Bosch Drills” (or should I call them ‘special strength’ drills for speed and agility athletes). These videos are great to get you started with this ‘methodology’ of strength/power training.

Are the exercises that you suggested in the strength/complex square really complex (like a landmine press or kaiser row)? Wouldn’t there be more appropriate exercises, e.g. with various types of wrestling, where the load would be high, but not predictable in coordination?
I see that this kind of training, which was very popular when I was young (and I think, has good transfer <my opinion :)> to complex, contact sports) slowly getting forgotten.
