I’m experimenting with your HIT builder and in the sheet “Calculate MSS and MAS” there are several methods mentioned. You mention “long sprints”, what do you mean by long sprints? As I’m working with patients, most of them are not able to sprint more then 100m. For the second method I need 2 sprints, how different should they be ?
Another question I have is for cycling. Any idea what the best way could be to define on a ergometer the MAP (Max aerobic Power) ?
