    Getting started with a new application can sometime be a challenge, so in addition to some useful information, we have prepared a short video that will explain in more detail how to start using AthelteSR.

    Hello Mihailo,

    thanks for the great Monitoring tool.
    One thing: If I want to select all athletes for an event it does not work.
    Maybe you could take a look if there’s a problem?

    Question for the AthleteSR team:

    My “team” of athletes are all individuals – different programs, different sports, training at different times of day in different time zones, etc. And many of them don’t train at the same times of the day, even within their own weekly flow.

    Given this, in setting them up in AthleteSR, do I still need to assign a time on the calendar in order to give them the survey I want (wellness, sRPE, etc)? Is the workout to simply put the workout on the calendar day at some time, and just tell them to ignore the specific time that I chose, and to just make sure they get their survey in corresponding to their actual workout time?

    Hi Quinn,

    Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

    AthleteSR is a team management app, and it is designed for sports clubs, associations, and colleges/universities that have multiple teams or different sports within their organization. So using it with individual athletes that are located in different time zones can be troublesome.

    But there is a workaround. You can create all-day events with the survey or create the events that last two days. Also, I would recommend checking the ” Athletes can fill the survey during the event” option. If you want to give them extra time to fill the survey, you can increase the value in the “Close After” option.
