    Mladen,

I am just wondering whether you have any excel databases available for monitoring neuromuscular fatigue on a daily bases with athletes via CMJ and Adductor Squeeze Tests? I am looking to try and have a databases that provides information on a decrement in CMJ Jump Height/Adductor Squeeze (mmHg) compared to a previous rolling average and the previous days testing results, however, I am finding it too difficult to create such a database on excel.

Any help that you or any other members can offer me would be hugely appreciated!!!

    Many thanks in advance,

    Greg

    Hi Greg,

Did you manage to figure this out? Also interested in acute daily changes to fatigue.

Well, any rolling average excel template will do. It is up to you to figure out and set appropriate threshold for concern
