    Hi Itzhak,

I guess you want to make sure they are doing trap bar jumps at ‘equal playing field’? Like a ‘standardized’ load for the research? Here are a few options:
    1) As you suggested, use %BW
    2) Use velocity to prescribe or jump height (e.g. load that yields 20cm height)
    3) Rather than using absolute height, use % drop from their max jump height (e.g. load that yields a 50% drop in jump height)
    4) Create a load-velocity profile, and prescribe using same percentage of F0

There are a lot of options, but none create ‘equal playing field’. You just need to pick one
