    Hi Mladen,
I’ve question about VBT and %BW correletion. What amount of body weight we lift while slow SSC execsice like NCMJ oraz Hex bar jump etc. In dynamic push up it is something about 65% of BW right? What about other exercise linke pull ups, squat jumps etc?

    Thanks a lot

Not sure what are you asking? What is the % of BW “used” in exercises? Push-up is around 70% (the easiest is to get on the scale and check). Squat is around 90%.

What load to use? Dan Baker recommends using 50% of load used in heavy grinding lifts in that particular week, e.g.:

    Session 1: Back Squats 3×5 @80%
    Session 2: Squat Jumps 3×5 @40%
