    In episode two and three, Coach Wilmot explores some more low amplitude exercises for preparing your athletes. Lachlan introduces Amy to a low hurdle exercise to stimulate lateral force output in preparation for a continues hurdle jump for more explosive power production. He also introduces a low hurdle exercise to stimulate vertical and horizontal force output in preparation for a continuous hurdle jump for more explosive power production.
