    When should I place 30mts repeat sprints @30sec -2 sets in session? At start or finish? Finding fatigue from 20mt sled sprints + repeats effecting quality of ssg games.

    Do you refer to session timing of RST? It is tricky – if you do it at the beginning it will affect the SSG quality. If you do it after, the fatigue from SSG will affect RST quality. Thus, in my mind the best you can do is to combine with SSG – e.g. one set of SSG, one set of RST, and repeat.
