We have just released a new redesigned version of Strength Card Builder, which now includes more than 1900 set and rep schemes that you can combine with our Strength Training Manual eBooks.

Really looking forward to playing around with this. I just have one question; in your program cards, you have listed ‘%, WT, GR, Done’. I know GR is the reps, but I can not figure out what GR stands for. Please let me know!
It is Goal Reps (or planned reps). Done can imply ‘done reps’ or ‘done weight’. It is to differentiate between planned vs. realized
