02/10/2017 at 02:22 #20651Hi, is there a way to add additional weeks to the workout card? For example, if I wanted to do a 6 week cycle, is there a way to have all 6 weeks show up on a single card? Also, in the Strength Card 3.2 video, it looks like there is a template with 3 days laid out on a single sheet, rather than 2. Is there a way to do this with Strength Card 4.0? Thanks
03/10/2017 at 14:05 #20659Hi David,
There is no way to add more than 4 weeks, since it would demand modifications of the whole VBA code, set and reps schemes and so forth. The solution is to print for first 3 weeks, and then print for next 3. Printing more than 4 is so small on A4 paper, so it wouldn’t be visible either.
There are no 3 nor 5 days template in the latest version due VBA code involved in saving programs. I suggest to print 4 day template and leave one day empty. Not perfect, but also more visible than 3 days on one paper.
21/03/2018 at 00:36 #22366Hello,
I tried to modify the workout page to allow some more data validations to fill in space. I now cannot use the “print feature as it says Run Time Error subscript out of range. any thoughts? Thanks
