    Of the 4 buckets of monitoring load that you mentioned (External Subjective/Objective and Internal Subjective/Objective), which do you find to correlate with the most important to enable you to plan how to change training accordingly?

    I would assume internal and external objective, but I have seen the subjective be able to create reality, no matter what the numbers say.

    I would say that you need to take them all into consideration.
