    This is very informative and useful podcast! I was also fighter and now I coach recreative group of boxers, some of them may be competirors one day… I use very similar concept of routine – “everything in one session”!
    Later maybe I’ll do separation by days as heavy/light sessions of boxing like they did in powerlifting 🙂
