I wanted to expand Framework for Analyzing & Planning Strength Training video with extra discussion on differences between progression and adaptation, which I also consider to be complementary pair, that are interrelated.

I believe that making the distinction between the two is a crucial in understanding our rationale in planning and can help with preventing and understanding underperformance and overtraining (burn out, injuries, etc). The slides are available HERE.
