FVP Course: Module 1 – Installation – Part 1 - Complementary Training

Force-Velocity Profiling and Training Optimization Course

MODULE 1 – Installation (Part 1): Software Setup

In the first module of the Force-Velocity Profiling and Training Optimization Course, I will walk you through the necessary software installations. If you have never used R and R-Studio, this a great way to start. I will tell you exactly where to go and what to do to set up everything needed for profiling and analysis that we will perform in Module 4.

Software Setup

Watch this video to learn where to download R and R-Studio, as well as how to install it and what packages to install. I will also explain you how to use the very powerful R Markdown documents, which are outstanding tool for reporting and reproducibility. Under this video, you can download the raw and PDF files.
