Force-Velocity Profiling and Training Optimization Course:
MODULE 2: Theory – Part 1
In the second module of the Force-Velocity Profiling and Training Optimization Course, I will walk you through the necessary theoretical background that is needed to understand the (1) squat jump model, (2) profiling, and (3) optimization ideas. This module contains three videos, each covering one of the three aforementioned topics.
Squat Jump Model
In this video, I will refresh your biomechanical knowledge and provide you with a very simple mechanical model of the squat jump. This video will introduce jargon and biomechanical concepts necessary to understand all later videos and this course in general.
