Squat Jumps

In this video I am demonstrating the profiling process using the squat jumps from 20kg to 80kg, each load repeated for three trials. Jumps are measured with the GymAware and Flex instruments and you can also see the screens of my iPad and iPhone. For some reason, Flex seemed to bug during the squat jump profiling. This topic is further discussed in Module 4 of this course when I analyze the collected data.
