IMPORTANT NEWS! Payment Method Change Starting July 30th, 2021
We have important news regarding technical changes that will take place starting July 30th, 2021. So far, our members could apply for Complementary Training membership in two ways: with a Credit Card or a PayPal.
We received an official message from 2Checkout (current payment gateway) that they will no longer support direct credit card payments and subscription renewals..
Because of that, we’ve decided to embrace solely PayPal as a permanent and reliable solution for any kind of payment on our website. We are doing everything we can, so this change doesn’t cause any inconvenience to our members and to resolve any issues that might emerge in the period of transition.
Therefore, all our members who are currently using a credit card are kindly asked to subscribe again via PayPal. If you already use PayPal, you can use your existing account, otherwise, please use your credit card to subscribe again via PayPal. The most important thing is that the membership prices will stay the same! Of course, you will continue using your existing membership accounts, and except for the payment method switch, this will not affect you in any other way.
In the following days, you will be contacted by our support team via email with a subscription link and detailed instructions on how to renew your membership using PayPal as a new payment method. We are sorry if this causes any inconveniences for you, and aside from this issue, we are continuing to provide the best service we can – nothing’s changed in that department!
