Course Description

We are proud to present you Mike Tuchscherer’s Mesocycles Course.

The course is organized into 11 lessons, starting with an explanation of the linear, undulating, block periodization strategies, and a novel polarized approach to planning. Mike continues with explaining combinations of the aforementioned strategies, tapering strategies, and hypertrophy considerations. Specific squat, bench, and deadlift practices are given in the last three videos.
