    Good afternoon! Has looked, has only translated not all because of it and has not answered immediately. It is example of creation of training competitive microcycle, it is correct? What to you was told by others of the trainer? in each country, the system of microcycles (England, Spain) And all of them work, correctly? The puzzle which you build it reflects the main model. We have to make a start most of all from the first part of trainings, look at condition of players. And the main thing for us of trainers to dose loading on razviteta of mitochondrions and maintenance миофибрилл, and to select such techniques which are combined with work of the head coach.
