In this module Mike Tuchscherer explains his viewpoints on General Physical Preparation (GPP) methods for powerlifters and other strength specialists. Mike goes into the details of the following:
- Training of the non-specific muscle groups for powerlifting: Abs, lats (horizontal and vertical pulling)
- Aerobic system and how to train aerobic system for powerlifter – Should you pull sled? Should you go for a run?
- Example of a barbell circuits (structured and non-structured)
