Rate-of-perceived-effort (RPE) is a metric that is commonly used in endurance training and research, and Mike Tuchscherer is the first and probably the only coach who created a sound application of it to strength training.
In this module, Mike will explain to you the basis of his Reactive Training System using RPE, mainly how RPE helps in selecting the right weight and performing the correct number of reps.
