Planning Strength Training for Clients With Fuckarounditis – Part 1
As a strength and conditioning coach or personal trainer, how do you deal with clients (or groups) that have a very unpredictable schedule or have a huge need for variation in training? How do you make them fitter and stronger, while adapting to their fuckarounditis (unpredictability, uncertainty, inconsistency, changeableness)?
In this video series, I will show you a few strategies that can help you in dealing with such clients while avoiding the common pitfalls. These strategies are divided into two group – strategies for dealing with internal fuckarounditis (individual characteristics that make clients constantly seek novelty and variation in training) and external fuckarounditis (unpredictability of the training schedule). Armed with these simple strategies, you will be able to adapt to these situations without much fuss, while still be able to deliver the best (and most robust) strength training program.
The first video in this series introduces fuckarounditis quadrant and archetypes of clients while setting the stage for the upcoming videos.
