    2 questions:

    1) does the lower body gym based work entail a combined strength (longer TUT) and Power work (shorter TUT such as SJ, etc)?
    I am generally wary of doing gym sessions before intense football training, and I believe doing it after the field work would reduce risk of injury.

    2) Would you train the hamstrings in the gym in ”strength” day knowing that next day ”endurance” would entail the most HSR and sprints on the field?
