All Relevant Components Covered:
There are a lot of things to train in a Supertotal program. We’ve set up 2, 3, and 4-day pre-built Supertotal programs so that you can make gains in all 5 of the main lifts. They are ready to use NOW, without you having to figure out what and how to piece things together.
Focus on Key Metrics:
With so many components of a program, it can be difficult to know what to focus on most. If you’re trying to improve your Supertotal, you will need to divide your time between working on the “skill” of these movements as well as progressively loading them – but how do you balance all of this?
These 2, 3, and 4-day programs have been built to explicitly tell you what is a Key Performance Indicator, when to focus on “skill” or non-fatiguing work, and what should be considered “supplemental”.
This will provide the lifter with very clear intent for the training phase and for each individual exercise.
Flexibility to Adapt:
Over time, you will learn more about what works for you in a SuperTotal Framework. You may want to change the exercises, the loading schemes, what KPIs you’re focusing on, etc.
This program allows you to do that. No more getting stuck in some rigid programming model where you’re hitting arbitrary dead ends.
With a few tweaks, you’ll have a fresh block, ready to make new gains. We’ve even provided you blank training cards, with all of the functionality still built-in, so that you can create your own programs or build off of a previous one.
