Rethinking Performance Training & Agile Periodization

Part 1

You can find other parts of this video series here: Part 1 | Part 2 | Part 3 | Part 4 | Part 5

In the following video series I will share my current philosophy of performance training (call it metaphysics of sport quality – any similarity with Robert Pirsig’s Zen and Art of Motorcycle Maintenance is on purpose) and Agile Periodization.

I do believe that this presentation will give you different framework (or even paradigm shift) when looking at sport performance and training and make you understand multiple conundrums better and hence help in solving performance and programming puzzles more robust.

It took me years to finally formulate concise system and this video is my attempt at spreading it all at one place.

The first episode deals with the concepts of Quality, Rate Limiters, Interventions and three levels of analysis: phenomenological, performance and physiological.

Enjoy and let me know what you think!
